Whitney Retallic (she/her) founded Team Build Consulting after more than 25 years of leadership in higher education and the nonprofit sector. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations navigate change, strengthen teams, develop strategy, and turn big ideas into meaningful action.

Whitney believes that the strongest organizations are built on clarity and collaboration—that how people work together matters just as much as what they accomplish. She brings a practical, thoughtful approach to helping organizations align their mission and values with the way they lead, make decisions, communicate, and work together.

As an Everything DiSC® Certified Practitioner, Whitney also helps teams better understand their individual work styles, recognize the strengths they each bring, and build stronger working relationships. Her goal isn't simply to make teams more productive; it's to make work more connected, collaborative, and rewarding.
